What Causes A Painful Lipoma In The Center Of The Sternum?

Hi, I am experiencing pain and discomfort in my neck. I have several enlarged lymph nodes and ,, what was described as a lypoma in the center of my sternum . Its very painful i thought is was related to gastro issues but prolocsec cleared that up , but I feel nauseated . I just has a PET scan of my neck but the doctors wont check my chest. I feel that there is something wrong in that area. What could this possilby caused from.

As per your history is concerned you need to find out the exact pathology of the disease,because your symptom has many reasons.So do only these tests
A)Full blood count with differential
B)ESR and TSH
C)Tuberculin test &chest X-ray
