What Causes A Nipple Crack With Scabbing In New Developing Breasts?
I have a 9 year old daughter. She s developing breasts. Awhile ago she came to me and said that her right breast has white stuff on it. So I looked at it and her nipple was covered with dry white stuff. When I looked at it closely, it looked like it had a crack inside her nipple. Right now, it s scabbing over. Is this normal?

Hi,
She might have got skin irritation over there which got infected. If no swelling, pain or active discharge, we need not worry. Just apply an over the counter antibiotic cream twice daily for 3 days.
