What Causes A Negative Urine Pregnancy Test And A Sac On Ultrasound?

hai i missed my periods now its 35 days. i did urine pregnancy test it was negative. i did trans vaginal ultrasound. its shows a endometroal thickening and my doctor find a small sac also. i am still confused. if i pregnant why my urine pregnancy test is showing negative?

hi it is very unlikely to see a sac on the ultrasound when urine pregnancy test is negative . urine pregnancy tests are more sensitive than ultrasound scans to detect an early pregancy . it is advisable to repeat a urine pregnancy test with a morning urine sample .if again urine test is negative then it can be a pseudo sac also.all the best and take care .
