What Causes A Mole With Dark Spot On The Leg?

I have a mole on the inside of my leg above my knee more closer to my hip i should say its been bugging me hurting to the point i cant walk it getting bigger and the other day i noticed it had a dark spot in the middle and now it has 2 white spots on it like its a pimple the size of it is about the size of a pencil eraser its smooth and some times go back down and than it will come back up in a couple of weeks is it bad ?

Hello,
Thanks for the query,
You might have developed sebaceous cyst.
It is a collection of dead material under the skin.
When you press this material comes out as black debris.
Dont worry its not a dangerous condition.
Treatment is mainly surgical.
It can be removed with the wall of the cyst, through a small incision.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
