What Causes A Miscarriage?

Im trying to conceive 3 months after miscarriage but I work in a clean room where I deal with isopropyl alcohol evaporating into the air I m breathing. Also I basically breathe in nitrogen for the full 8 hours. Would these be harmful? I m wondering if this could be the reason I miscarried my last pregnancy

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* There are reported studies showing decline in pressure index of maternal carotid artery and fetal middle cerebral artery after experimental exposure to nitrogen.
* This poses threat of hemorrhage in a preterm child.

The effect leading to miscarriage has not been studied or published yet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
