What Causes A Lump On The Groin With Severe Itching?

hello, I've had a lump in my groin area for quite some time now. it used to come and go. for the last recent months it has stayed and it felt like it had burst under the skin. today, i felt an itch there during sleep and scratched it. Then I felt some pain so I checked it out. Turned out It had burst out of a skin and I have some "meat" coming out of it. what should I do? and what could this be?

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have some abscess or tuberculosis with super added infection. You should go for examination and if needed go for fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy of that lump. It will give you exact diagnosis. Pus culture and sensitivity should be done if pus is aspirated.
Then you should take treatment accordingly.
