What Causes A Lump In The Throat With Chronic Cough?

I m 20 year old girl..I feel lump in a throat and cough since last 5 year..my hb count is 8-9 since 5 year....now I suffering from mild fever since 4 month.......3 kg weight also decrease...hair falling is also occur......and I hve all the sypmtoms of anaemia like fatigue, extream weakness, palpitation, shortness of breathing, paleness of skin and all the mucus membrane...... . And I done CBC..in cbc..RBC decrease....WBC decrease..and all the blood indices is slightly decrease.....so I want to know that this all symptom s cause is only anaemia or any other disease???????????

Hi,

Your hemoglobin level is very low. To check whether it's nutritional anemia or some other cause like cancer you need to investigate as follow.

_peripheral smear examination report with special emphasis on the presence of premature cells
_serum ferritin estimation
_serum TIBC estimation
_serum iron estimation
_serum B12 estimation

You can revert back with reports once done.
