My partner won t go and see a doctor due to embarrassment but he has a lump in his testicle and what feels like hardened tubes, also he cannot ejaculate a quantity of semen therefore have not conceived in our 3 years together, I have looked on Wikipedia and it sounds like it could epidiymititis but I don t know, any idea what I can do to persuade him to go get checked? He knows there s something wrong (reproductively) but he really doesn t seem to care that it could be something sinister or cause infertility.

This needs to be seen, examined by the Urologist or at least a Surgeon. He needs to be checked for the possibility of tuberculosis as one of the most important cause of this problem. Ultrasonography, FNAC. clinical examination and X-ray of the chest will help to get a proper diagnosis and a timely treatment can cure him and you can get pregnancy too
