General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a furuncle. I suggest using to clean the area of the lump and use an antibiotic cream for local application.

I also recommend using an anti-inflammatory treatment in case of pain such as Tylenol.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
