What Causes A Lump Behind The Ear?

Ive had a lump behind my ear for quite some time, i have been wearing glasses for about 7 years now, i haven t noticed the lump until about a year and a half ago, i was wondering if wearing glasses could be the cause of it, but lately i have noticed the lump getting bigger and more sensitive to touch as to where it was not before.

No, it isn't due to the glasses. It may be an inflammed lymph node or may be a lipoma. I recommend you to consult your physician or an Ottorhinolaryngologist for physical examination and assessment.
