What Causes A Low TSH With High Bilirubin?

I have been feeling "off" for about 6 months now. I went to doctor for bloodwork, TSH Low, T3/T4 normal, bilirubin high, liver enzymes normal. She doesn't seem to think it is my thyroid, but EVERY symptom i have matches hyperthyroidism/graves disease. She, instead wants me to have a hep screen (just finished last of shots in june). I don't think this is the problem and i am more concerned about a possible autoimmune disorder. any suggestions, questions i should ask or that should be asked of me? thank you

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

You have low TSH and it suggest hyperthyroidism. You should check your free T3 and free t4 level. Then take anti thyroid drugs like propylthiouracil or methimazole accordingly. Also go for USG abdomen. It will give you exact idea. Then take treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question.
If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you very good health.
