What Causes A Large Painful Bump Near The Right Temple?

I have a bump that has come up on my right side, forehead. It has gotten slightly bigger over the last couple of weeks. But, now for the last several days I have had a headache surrounding that temple and eye area. Not sure if this is connected or not.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with a large lump on the right side of the forehead with associated headache within the temple and eye I am suggesting that you have a Myositis with associated pressure symptoms

In view of this please do the following test
Blood culture to rule out cellulitis
Serum creatine kinase to rule out Myositis

Meanwhile please see emergency physician with the results and for further clinical assessment as well as adequate drug prescription

Moreover please take the following
Tablet analgesic
Tablet antibiotic
Multivitamin

I hope this helps Regards
