What Causes A Large Itchy Patch On The Sides Of The Testis?

I have red itchy patches on either side of my testes and it feels like chafing but I can't get to go away with the usual gold bond which works great isn't helping. And the skin flakes if I scratch it. What could it be? What would be something I could to cure this without going to a doctor?

Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum.
I have gone through your Query & I really appreciate your concern about the problem you are facing.

As a physician I would like to tell you that what you are experiencing might be a fungal infection around your testis. Thus I would suggest that you use a antifungal cream like Canesten-S two times a day n affected area for 8-10 days.

Also, you should see a dermatologist if the infection does not covers up with the medication as it is in sensitive area and if untreated can lead to many complications.

Thanks for Trusting & Posting your Query on this forum.
Hope this will help you. Feel free to ask any further question.
Have a nice Day.

Regards,
Dr.Abhijeet
