Due to dancing, there is constant
injury to your leg (below knee).
Due to injury you are getting pain,
bruise and inflammation. Inflammation causes swelling.
So if you continue dancing like this (ignoring your injury), you may damaged your leg muscles, bones and other soft tissues.
So better to avoid such dancing steps which cause injury to that part.
Consult orthopedic doctor and get done clinical examination and
x ray of leg to rule out internal injury.
