What Causes A Hot Skin With Bone Ache?

Hello. The last 2 days i have felt very weak physically, My skin is hot to the touch, My bones ache a bit especially up the back of my skull. Also ive noticed my urine is quite dark. After a shower , even the towel feels strange on the skin. Fine in the stomach.

thank you for putting up your query on HCM.
as per your history, you have viral fever.
my treatment advise would be:
1. take complete bed rest.
2. take a course of antibiotics preferably augmentin or cephalosporin group for 5-7 days after consulting a physician.
3. you can also take pain killer like tab ibuprofen and antipyretic like tab paracetamol.
4. get your routine blood and urine investigations done.
consult a physician and start your treatment.
