What Causes A Hard Knot Inside The Left Nostril?

I have a hard bit of skin on the inside of my left nostril and have no idea what it is, my friend also has the exact same thing! Doesn t cause any pain but me and my friend have both picked it off In The past and it bleeds? This has went on for a good few years now, what can it be?

it can be dns. get examined by ent specialist for examination and advise on treatment.it can be a growth in nostril. can only be diagnosed after local examination.
