What Causes A Hard Bump Near A Regularly Used Meth Injection Site?

I shoot Meth daily with no complications until recently when I developed a very large bruise on my upper-right arm (several inches away from injection site) under the cruise was a large hard ball.at first I wondered if it wasn't abscess but several friends assured me it was not. The next time I used that arm to do a hit I wasn't only unable to get high but I also instantly felt intense and excruciating pain. Ive tried to massage it with no relief I'm wondering if this is worth an emergency visit

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain bruising and hard lump at the site of Meth injection seems to be due to perforation of a blood vessel with the injection needle leading to spillage of blood into soft tissues leading to bruising and a lump is due to Hematoma formation..
On the other hand severe pain on inserting the needle look like you have accidentally hit a nerve with the needle aa ornis common cause for sudden excruciating pain..
I would suggest you to consult a General Physician and get evaluated and a clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done to..
As of now you can do alternate warm and cool compresses over the bruised area and also apply Heparin gel for faster resolution..
For pain you can take higher painkillers like TRAMADOL..
