My urine analysis showed a white blood count of 180 and RBC of 4. my urine protein is 1+. i feel frequent urination but don t really have to go. I am tender in the lower stomach area and the analysis showed no infection. I am able to urinate but the sensation to go is more often then not. Any ideas of what this could be?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
In male patients it is commonly seen in benign prostatic hyperplasia. Chronic prostatitis and urinary tract infection is common in this patients. You should go for ultrasound abdomen. If you are male and have enlarged prostate then take treatment accordingly.
