What causes a fetal heart to stop beating? I am at the end of my 13th week and just found out that my baby's heart was not beating anymore, I have not had any cramping or bleeding or any signs to tell me that something is wrong. I actually still feel as though everything is fine and no changes have accured. Can you please help me to understand what could have cause my baby's heart to stop beating?
