What Causes A Feeling Of "bubbles" In The Rectum?

i have a feeling of bubbles just inside my rectum. about 4-5 months ago they found 2 polips in my rectum and they were removed. doc said nothing serious since they were able to remove them very early. i am a male 29yrs old. i have no bleading or swelling in my rectum just from time to time i feel like small bubbles are popping just inside my rectum.
