I am 47 years old and weigh 8 and a half stone. I have had stomach pains after eating for the last 3 weeks and sometimes also a feeling rather like indigestion in my upper chest. Sometimes after eating I feel fine but at other times bloated and uncomfortable and better if I lie on my stomach on the floor. I am sometimes passing stools more often also, sometimes with a feeling of completion and sometimes not. They seem to be a little lighter in colour than normal too. I have a large fibroid from which I don't have symptoms unless these are symptoms from it. I have been told by an alternative health practitioner that I produce insufficient hydrochloric acid and that I need to take Vitamin B6 and zinc to help produce it. This was two weeks ago and apparently will take 3 months to progress, so far I am sometimes better and tonight I am not.
