What Causes A Feel Of Spinning & Ringing In The Ears?

I woke up about 2:am with the room spinning, ringing in my ears, nausea. After about 2 hours it pass got up a 8am feeling ok then 11am started again. Now no more spinning but have the headache and body aches. I thought maybe it was food positing I has lobster Cantonese last night, or possible MSG reaction?

This is an attack of vertigo but it isn't likely related to something you ate. It should pass in a day or two
