Cardiologist 's  Response
Dear Sir
Thanks for your query.
The likelihood of a heart rhythm disturbance is high if the episode started suddenly and then stopped suddenly. I would request you to see a cardiologist. In the meantime, a baseline ECG and cardiac ultrasound should be done. If you have a recurrence of such episode, specially with fainting, or lightheadedness or blackout or breathlessness or chest pain, do visit emergency room.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
