Hi -- yesterday my pressure dropped from 150/90 during the morning and at night it dropped to 115/60 tonight it s 106/58 okay. is this least reading normal reading? For the past two weeks I ve been running 158/90 - 171/101. My normal with medication is around 125-130/80-95. I had a stress test this week and it was negative.

HI
Well come to HCM
In my opinion this is nothing to worry if you are hypertensive patient and taking medicine for this then such variation in blood pressure is very likely, ideally blood pressure need to be red by the physician with the calibrated machine if you are going to measure this on your own then chances of error would be more, blood pressure should always be measured by Doctor, hope this information helps, take care.
