What Causes A Discharge Of A Clear Fluid?

:\Last night in bed I had clear fluid coming from my back passage - it was at least a pint of water. No warning, no pain no discolouration and and it gushed uncontrollably. very slight smell of urine. Feels a little dry when I have bowel movement today, but other than that all is fine.
