What Causes A Difference In Menstrual Flow?
Hi guys Over the last 12 months my periods have been regular on a 28 to 30 day cycle. I would say on average my cycle date is 30. Last month though it was nine days late and this month 7 days late. This month it is diffrent though Day one seemed normal but day two a my flow is completely light that inserting sitting and removing a tampon hurts . Any advise on why the shift would be great

It entirely depends upon the hormonal changes in your body. Stress, physical activity and others can affect the hormones and the cycles. And 01 wk on either side is completely normal to see in all females at any point of time. Consult your doctor if recurrs/heavy/missed period. All the best.
