What Causes A Cyst On The Breast With Itching Around The Areola?
I ve been to 5 drs! 62 year old female! I have a small cyst in left breast! Sz of lemon seed! Also on both breast a patch like circular area, discolored, itchy , ruff surface on areoles , burning, tingling sensation ! Last dr was dermatologist - he said suspect dermatitis. Bilateral dermatitis on areoles! Was told to use Topicort ointment 2 times a week and use ceraVe after shower see him in 4 weeks and if not better- do a biopsy !! This is driving me crazy ! What could this be????

Looking at your history it seems to be case of either eczematous dermatitis of the breast or could be breast carcinoma
skin biopsy has taken for histopathology of affected breast tissue that will guide your doctor to a definitive diagnosis
Meanwhile use anti allergic omtment like terbenafine
maintain a good hygiene by keeping it clean and dry
