What Causes A Clear Discharge While Passing A Bowel Movement?

I am having a clear gel like discharge when I think I have to poo. I am having a lot of it with very little poo comin out with it. It started happening Friday and continued last night and this morning. Have not gotten much sleep from it. What could be the causes and should I be concerned?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is just discharge and no associated symptoms are then then it could be due to diet taken, if the symptoms persist even after the changed of die then it may be Giardiasis and for that I would suggest to have single dose therapy like Tab Sacnidazole 1 g, although it could be nonspecific and may not be matter of concern hope this information helps.
