What Causes A Chest Lump With Pain And Breathing Difficulties?

for two and a half days, when i breath in i felt an uncomfortable, slightly painful feeling in the upper chest, that ultimately made it a little complicated to completely breath. When i went for a second deep breath the slight pain/ache would go away. Then i would breathe softly, then proceed to breathing deeply agin, an the ache would return. Not it has slightly resided and there is a small bony lump in the middle of my chest below my collar bone, no pain felt.

thanks for asking your question
I completely understand your problem
catchy breath or pain during inspiration or deep inspiration causing a pin point sharp pain can be due to pleural effusion or sometimes pleuritis but this is not necessary . this can also be due to a simple muscle pull.but if u are feeling a lump below collar bone u should get a chest xray done and take advise from a pulmonologist to rule out any abcess,or other cause

thanks
if you have more questions feel free to ask
may god bless you with good health
