What Causes A Bump Under The Shaft Of The Penis?
there is this bump under the shaft of my penis, below the head. it wont pop or anything and when i try to squeeze it it hurts like hell and also it feels more like a strip then a lump and it can move it around under my skin but it wont move very far from the place it came up what is it?
