What Causes A Bump On The Intergluteal Cleft?
I have a slight bump at the top of my butt crack, it is inside the skin with no head? Could it be an uninfected pilonidal cyst? Sligh pain comes and goes? But recently i have had pain deeper in the natal cleft, I spread my cheeks when i use the bathroom can this cause it? Or is it a pilonidal sinus? What is the treatment for that?

since your saying its a swelling and its very painfull
it could even be perianal abscess which would need an incision and drainage to be done after which you will be put on anitibiotics for the infection to resolve! kindly consult a general surgeon asap!
