What Causes A Bump On Right Temporal Area Post An Injury?

My 9 mos old baby had a fall from bed 3 days ago (2ft height).. She had head and face xrays and revealed normal Results. However 2 days later i noticed some form of irritability with her behaviot and a bump on her right temporal area just above the right ear. What should i do? Should i be worried?

Hello, If the general health of the baby is good, if there is no projectile vomiting or continuous crying then there is nothing to worry. Slight bump will resolve on its own. Thanks.
