What Causes A Bruise On The Left Side Of The Nipples?
My two-year-old grandson has a bruise on the left side about two inches under his nipple. My daughter feels a bump within the bruise, and it feels like there is a movement of his rib. He has no signs or symptoms of distress. And only mild pain when the spot is touched. Do you think he needs to be checked out or is this ok? Thank you

Can u kindly mention, the bruise is present since when and whether it has undergone any change in colour and size till now?
If it has appeared suddenly,it may be due to some unnoticed blunt trauma and will recede by itself.You need to wait and watch observe it remains for how long,changes it's colour or size or cause any distress in future.
