What Causes A Bruise In The Vagina After Intercourse?
Had a baby a couple of months ago. My partner and I haven t be intimate for at least 10 months and we had sex and it was rough the condom end up coming off and ended up inside of me I got it out but I noticed that I have a purple spot that is sore to the touch and swollen on my vagina opening. Is it just a bruise? Will it heal on it s own?

I really appreciate your concern, it could be due to trauma because for coitus (Friction injury ) it may comes around on its own, but need to be kept under observation if it becoming worse then needs antibiotic orally as well as locally and best option would be "Povidone Iodine " local application and "Tab Ofloxacin 400 mg" twice in day for five days, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
