What Causes A Brownish Spot Inside The Eye?
I have just recently noticed a brownish spot at approx 1200 position in my husband's r eye that is not present in the other...I know that normally these spots are not an issue and are considered like freckles, however, I am concerned becuase of this just appearing recently..

as you mentioned correctly it is benign spot probably melanosis or mole...do not worry just check its size...if it is rapidly increasing then visit your doctor...otherwise don't worry.
