What Causes A Brown Substance In Urine?
I am an 85 year old man and these last few days i see a brown substance in my urine. I doesn't happen all the time and there is no pain. A year ago I had problems with my " Prostate " but after all the test the Doctor said I was ok.What is the cause ?

The main factors to have a brown discharge in the urine is due to infection (urinary tract infection) but another option is problems with the kidney function,polyp of your bladder ec.
I fecomend to do an urine test to check for infection,an ultrasound of your urinary tract and blood tests to see the function of your kidneys.
without these tests we are unable to determine the cause.
Meanwhile here are some tips to help your urinary tract heal faster
-dresh fruits and vegetables
-don't hold your urine for long
-plenty of water depending from the amount of urine
-chamomile tea and rose tea are great for the urinary tract
