What Causes A Blood Spot At The Corner Of The Eye?
I woke up this morning with a flat bruise type of blood spot in the inside corner of the area under the eye. It increased in size slightly throughout the day. I did not have an injury nor am I sick. The area does not hurt. I am 65 years old. Should I be concerned?

From history it seems that there might be having hemorrhigic spot in your eye.
This can be due to some irritation by fallen foreign body in the eye and rubbing of eye.
This can be due to increasing your blood pressure producing capillary bleeding.
Apply ice pack on the eye.
Get your blood pressure measured.
If blood pressure is alright, this spot will be alright within 2-3 days.
Ok and take care.
