What Causes A Blood Spot After Unprotected Sexual Intercourse?

Hi I had un protected sex today Around 12pm. I just use the restroom and wiped and there was very light blood on the tissue paper. I m not cramping or anything. I just got off my period about 3-4 days ago. I went to the doctor for a check up about 2 weeks ago and all my blood test came out negative for any STDs. I ve been having sex with the same partner for months now. I m just wondering if this spotting is normal?

hi.

noted history of post-coital bleed/spotting. an incident right after your period may be normal, but if it is occuring regularly, it is best if you consult with a gynecologist for physical examination and clinical evaluation. underlying pathologies, such as endometrial and other gynecologic problems, must be ruled-out. diagnostics (such as ultrasound) and management will be directed accordingly.

hope this helps.

good day!!
