What Causes A Blister On The Knee?

Hi, my name is Angela, i was wondering if you can help me figure out if i have a bite(most likely spider) or a huge blister on my knee. I woke up last night from severe pain. I thought i just rubbed off my knees while washing the floors that day, but when i reached to feel it, there was a lump. So i thought it was another mosquito bite(have plenty of those). So i laid back down but couldn t fall asleep from all that pain. So i stood up, switched the light on and was very surprised to see a pretty big yellow bubble with a red circle around it. I guessed i just scratched a misquito bite... so i put some cooling cream for insect bites, burns, headache and so on.. and went back to sleep. In the morning it was nothing better. When my family members saw it they were disgust by its look and size. My mom suggested other medications, i tried one but it didn t do anything. Right now I m still in pain. Not as severe as at night but still pretty bad. I don t know what to do, and don t know what it is. I tried looking up spider bites, found several that look alike but i don t know how to treat it. So, if you can help me anyhow.. that would be great! Thank you.
