What Causes A Bleeding Wound On The Testicle?
Arter urinating while sitting on tge toilet seat facong the pot i discovered a stream of blood diwn my legs and discoveted a tint cut on the sack of my testees. Am shocked about how and why did this happen? Have cleaned and applied neosprin and resting now. But still in shock. Pl advise How to treat and how long is the treatment ? Thanks

It looks like that you have got a cut on skin of scrotum which can be due to your trousers zip . Apply direct pressure on wound by using a sterile gauze for few minutes which will be enough to stop the bleeding . Then wash the area with soap and water then clean the area with hydrogen peroxide and avoid any further scrubbing .Apply topical antibiotic ointment and cover with butterfly bandage . These measures would be enough to treat it . If you can do it yourself then it's fine otherwise can consult with your PCP . The most important step is to maintain a good hygiene and cleanliness and dryness of affected area .
If you get any fever or swelling or difficulty in urination or lymph node enlargement in groin then consult your healthcare providers immediately .
