Hi,

Your symptoms seem to be related to bladder prolapse. Some of the possible causes of bladder prolapse are:
- Lifting heavy objects.
- Straining during bowel movements.
- Having a long-term condition that involves coughing.
- Constipation.
- Childbirth.

Treatment depends on the stage. It usually consists of surgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
