What Causes A Black Spot Below Ribs On X-ray?

On seeing my chiropractor, xrays done 30 days apart show a "black spot" in the same area which, when I asked my chiro about it, he said most likely air in digestive tract. I just thought it strange it was in the same spot on the xray and not sure if maybe I need to go to a medical doctor to check it out? I believe it was on the left side below ribs. Any thought on this? Thanks.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and I could say form the history given here that if there is black image found in the x-ray then this is insignificant finding and no need to worry about this, it could be suggestive of air accumulation in the intestine and not the indication of any pathology, take care and have a nice day.
