hello Doctor, I have a questio. I have notice over the last 2 years that on and off for no reason at I will smell a weird ordor which I tought was coming from my soroundings. But having asked to the people around I realize that I was the only one that would smell it. Now more frequent. I have notice that this happens when I tilt my head down for mostly any period of time and is has become more difficult for me to ignore. Also I get a feeling almost like if I were breathing water through my nose. It burns a little. Could you give me an idea of what could be causing this, please?
