hi.. i m trying to conceive for 3 months. i want to know that doctor asked me about blood test. my fsh,insulin,t4 test are normal but my tsh level is high. i am taking thyronorm for 4 months.that time my level was 12.30 then i was taking 50 mcg after 1 month my tsh was 0.7 my routine is good i m doing yoga also but again i went for test my tsh in 2 diffrent lab is 29.00 and 36.00 then i went for antibodies TPO test it is 519. doctor prescribe me 75 mcg for 15 days then she told me i have take 100 mcg.i couldn't find that what is happening with me.pls help me
This is the natural history of auto immune hypothyroidism. There is gradual destruction of thyroid gland and you need to increase the dose. This can create problems for you for few months, but don't worry it will stabilise over time. Now you just adjust the thyroxine dose till the TSH is in 0.5-3 range.
