What Caused Tinnitus With Present Eye Pressure And Forehead Heaviness?

hi, I am 62 yrs old retired Teacher. I am experiencing peculiar sound in my right ear from 2008. I have consulted an ENT specialist (ENT SMHS hospital Srinagar) after which he prescribed medicines stugeson. I got some temporary relief but the problem remained the same. I consulted him again after experiencing nausea, and he recommended an MRI which was ok.However, i had little relief and i consulted a neurologist who gave me Gravol, vergo 75 and naxdom 250mg after which i got some relief. After discontniuing the medicines I feel pressure in my eyes and haeviness on forehead. Kindly advice me in name of humanity.

Hi,

Noted the history about a 62 year old retired Teacher having tinnitus since 2008, consulted an ENT Surgeon who started Stugeron, then consulted a Neurologist who gave Gravol, Vergo 75, Naxdom 250, developed pressure in eyes and heaviness on forehead after discontinuing the same, MRI is normal.
The commonest causes can be hypertension which cause the similar symptoms, other medical conditions like diabetes can enhance the problems.
Hence a General Check up to rule out any medical problem that can cause such symptoms and investigations in this regard considering your age is most important.
Consult your Neurologist again to continue the medicines so that you can have relief.
Further management as per the findings.
