Anesthesiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Your son has generalized symptoms for which he needs to be examined in detail in person. The follow are few conditions that strike my mind:
1) Anemia
2) Liver abnormalities
3) Addison's disease
4) Hypothyroidism
5) Electrolyte disturbances
6) Eosinophilia
7) Sarcoidosis
8) Tuberculosis

He needs to undergo a battery of investigations like complete blood picture, liver and kidney function tests, thyroid function tests, serum electrolytes, chest X-ray, and lymph nodes examination. Kindly consult a pediatrician or a physician.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
