6 months ago I had a pap that came back with Hpv positive and hi grade changes, today I had a repeat pap and my doctor said she didn t see the white pimple like spots on my cervix anymore and it appeared healthy. Now I m super nervous and confused, what could the white pimple spots she saw before be?

Hallow Dear,

The white pimple spots on the cervix are Nabothian follicles. They appear on the cervix when the cervical (false) glands get infected and blocked, oblitering the secretions.

So it seems previously your cervix was infected and now the infection is cleared. You need not be super nervous and confused. In fact you should be happier person.

I hope this cheers you up today.
