Hi there,
Welcome to HCM,

Unfortunately, high blood pressure and high sugars causing diabetes can affect pregnancy adversely as has happened to you.

You will need to get both in control before considering another pregnancy as it is likely that the next pregnancy can also be a complication.

Get fully evaluated by a specialist and get sugars in control and blood pressure in control.

Take insulin, and blood pressure medication as advised.

Start aspirin as soon fetal heart beat is identified on ultrasound.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
