What Cause White Sticky Stuff Coming Out Of My Vagina?

I haven't had sex in like 2 months and I noticed I was getting itchy down there and this week I noticed some white sticky stuff coming out of my vagina. I'm not sure what it is. & it's still itchy, but mainly in the mornings or late at night. Can I get an idea of what it could be ?

Hi,

According to the description the possibilities are during the second half of the menstrual cycle the physiological vaginal secretion can come out comparatively thicker under the influence of progesterone hormone. Sometimes vaginal infections, especially Candida infection can present with white flakes like discharge.

By clinical examination only the exact cause of the problem can be identified and treatment can be given accordingly. Vaginal wash with pH 3.5 to 4.5 can help in case of physiological vaginal discharge. Local, systemic antibiotics and anti-fungal agents can help in relieving the symptoms and curing the problem in case of infection.
