What Cause Vertigo,buzzing In Ear And Lack Of Concentration?

Dear Sir,

Iam suffering from Vertigo,Dizziness since last eight months. Though vertigo has been not occured from last sometimes however dizziness and lack of cencentration re occures frequently 2-3 times in a fortnight. A scan copy of the detail medical history and various test report are enclosed herewith.Kindly diagnose the problem and suggest suitable remedy/cure for following problems:

-     buzzing noise in right ear.

-     sleeping a lot.

-     head noise.

-     lack of concentration.

-     sinking while sleeping.

-     cloudy head.

-     sudden fear/nervousness in mind of uncertainty. It disappear in next movement.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain dizziness, vertigo,ringing in ears, along with head pressure or cloudy head can be due to causes like like:
-Inner ear infection.
-Meniere's disease.
-Labyrinthitis.
-Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo.
-Severe motion sickness.
-Cervical spondylosis.
-Peripheral Vertigo etc..

I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x ray, MRI SCAN of ear and cervical column, blood tests etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

You can be advised to wear neck support straps and medical therapy with Betahistine..
In case of infection antibiotics can be advised..
Vestibular rehabilitation can also be advised..
Avoid sudden jerky neck movements and take sufficient rest..
Avoid stress and do meditation and yoga.
